HOW TO BOOK A STALL?

  • MARKETWORX (Open air) 3m x 3m site - marquee optional.                      $60.00 Inc GST
  • FOOD COURT (Open air) Trailer 6m x 3m site or Marquee 3m x 3m site food & drinks vendors only.  $120.00 Inc GST  
  • TABLE LANE (Undercover) 2mx2m site - BYO table (Max length 1.8m) No marquee. $50.00 Inc GST

3. Ensure all required documents and photos are uploaded or emailed to dana@eventlynx.com.au Our team will review your application and contact you.

Stall holder information.

Please arrive via the Rose St gate entry from 6:00 am to 7:00 am for all stallholders wanting to unload within close proximity to their allocated sites.
Unfortunately, after this time you will be required to trolley/carry your items/stall setup from your vehicle which parked in the designated stallholder parking area.
Markets 2259 staff will direct you to your marked allocation upon arrival.
We require your stall to be set up ready for public service by 8:30 am for patrons entering the Markets 2259 at 9:00 am.

Due to the safety, the wellbeing of patrons, and courtesy to your fellow vendors you will not be permitted to pack down your site or drive your vehicle to close proximity of your stall until 3:00 pm or unless otherwise directed by Markets 2259 Management or staff.

Food Court vendor information.

Please arrive via the Rose St gate entry from 6:00 am to 8:30 am for all food vendors wanting to unhitch trailers/set up ready for service.
Unfortunately, after unhitching your trailer/unloading, your vehicle must be moved to the designated stallholder parking area.
Markets 2259 staff will direct you to your marked allocation upon arrival.
We require your stall to be set up ready for public service by 8:30 am for patrons entering the Markets 2259 from 9:00 am.
We welcome earlier service to our stallholders,  Show & Shine participants, entertainers, amusement contractors, and staff members.

Terms and conditions.

1. Please read and accept our Terms & Conditions!

2. Please fill out the application form with your details, a brief summary of the items which you wish to sell, including any photos of your goods or stall set-up!

3. Management reserves the right to deny any application deemed inappropriate! Following a review of your application all respondents will be notified of our action by email.

4. You may request a stall site at the time of booking, but there may be others selling similar goods so we will work hard to limit this to the best of our ability. Should your application be accepted, we will then forward you an invoice with our payment details.

5. Market stallholders & Food Vendors:

Once paid please forward the following to: dana@eventlynx.com.au

  1. a copy of your payment receipt
  2. a copy of your current Certificate of Public Liability Insurance. Public Liability Insurance is compulsory for ALL market/food stallholders on the day.
    1. Market stallholders - $10 mil
    2. Food Vendors - $20 mil
      1. Must be registered with the NSW Food Authority
      2. Must hold a current FSS certificate
  3. Please bring a copy of all relevant insurances, registrations or certificates required to operate on the day!
  4. ALL stallholders/food vendors must comply with Council OH&S Policy!

6. ALL stallholders/vendors once you have booked a stall you need to be aware of the following:

  1. If you have been accepted to hold a stall at the Markets 2259, we will provide you with your site allocation by email within two days of the scheduled market date.
  2. Markets 2259 do not hire or provide any equipment i.e. tables, chairs, trolleys etc.
  3. In the event you are running late on the day you MUST SMS office on m. 0402 732 780 before 8:00am to inform us that you are still coming and only then will we hold your allocation. Please do not phone on the day!

7. Casual stalls/site hire

7.1 Corporate Promotional Hire

  1. Please fill out the application form and submit
  2. On acceptance we will invoice you the details for payment.
  3. Once your site has been paid, we do not refund any monies on cancellations.
  4. If you have been accepted to hold a stall at the Markets 2259, we will provide you with your site allocation by email within two days of the scheduled market date.
  5. MUST have your own company Public Liability Insurance before attending our markets!

7.2 Boot Up: NO selling of your vehicle permitted!

  1. CASH payment required on the day for site hire fee
  2. Once your site has been paid, we do not refund any monies on cancellations.
  3. Please fill out and sign an application form on the day providing the required information, to ensure you are covered under Eventlynx Public Liability Insurance!

7.3 Pop Up - Located in Marketworx & The Greens

  1. Please fill out the application form and submit.
  2. A non-refundable $15 Booking Fee is applicable with balance to be paid on the day.
  3. On acceptance we will invoice you the details for payment.
  4. An additional fee applies should you require Insurance, however we do recommend stallholders to take out their own insurances.
  5. Once your site has been paid, we do not refund any monies on cancellations.
  6. If you have been accepted to hold a stall at the Markets 2259, we will provide you with your site allocation by email within two days of the scheduled market date.

7.4 Carworx: NO vehicles under $3,000 will be permitted for sale at Markets 2259!

  1. Please pay site hire fee by Eftpos on the day - NO CASH ACCEPTED!
    N.B. Should you leave your vehicle on the premises after the allocated closing of the event,
    your card will then be charged the fee of towing your vehicle out onto the street!
  2. Once your site has been paid, we do not refund any monies on cancellations.
  3. Please fill out and sign an application form on the day providing the required information,
    to ensure you are covered under Eventlynx Public Liability Insurance!
  4. ALL vehicles MUST have current registration on the day!
    Please have your current licence, rego & any insurances on hand should they be required!

7.5 Corporate Site located in Carworx - Restricted to car associated companies!

  1. In the first instance send an enquiry through the Contact Us Page.
  2. On acceptance we will provide you with the payment details
    (Fee includes a minimum of (3) three months booking to be paid in full prior to attending)
  3. Once paid we provide NO refunds on cancellations, due to inability to attend or otherwise.
  4. MUST have your own company Public Liability Insurance before attending our markets!
